Apply for a Passport
The Lincoln County Register of Deeds Office is pleased to announce that it now accepts applications for new passports on behalf of the U.S. Department of State.
We do not process passport renewals. However, we can assist with passport renewal photographs.

U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports and have passport photographs taken by appointment only. Please call 704-736-8530 to schedule an appointment.
This service is available Monday thru Friday between 9 AM and 3:30 PM at the Register of Deeds Office, 206 Gamble Drive, 2nd Floor, in Lincolnton, NC with the exception of holiday closings.
