Lincoln County partners with the following eRecording vendors: CSC (Opens in new window/tab), EPN (Opens in a new window/tab) and Simplifile (Opens in a new window/tab). You must initially file a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in order to have the ability to record electronically.

We will accept eRecordings daily from 8:00am until 4:30pm except for county holidays.
