We record deeds, deeds of trust, powers of attorney, assumed names, military records, plats and maps, etc.; maintain notary public records; issue marriage licenses and certified copies of birth, marriage and death certificates. - Real Estate records from 1769 to present

- Birth and death indexes from 1913 to present;
- Marriage indexes from 1868 to present

The County Commissioners have authorized us to suspend the recording of Real Estate documents and Notary oaths at 4:30 pm every day.
